Merissa is 24 today. Energetic, fiesty and free-spirited, she is a life-of-the-party kind of person. She's also very ambitious and driven, which has helped her reach several life milestones more quickly than most people do, including graduating from highschool at age 16 and buying a house at age 21. A few years ago, she completed the paralegal program offered by our law school and now works as a legal secretary for a firm in Portland.
I think Merissa's greatest quality is her confidence. She has a sense of sureness about herself that most women would envy. Her confidence makes people trust her and believe in what she says. She thus has an incredible capacity to lead and influence others. She's also the resident family expert on all things fashion, which her sisters-in-law and mom find very helpful. ;)
