Job Update

Just a quick update:

Thanks so much to those of you who've been checking up on me; this update is a bit overdue, I know. :) So this is where we are: Last Monday (the 7th) our supervisor told us we were getting a one-week extension on our current job. So, we are here now through this Friday (the 18th). After that we still don't have any idea where we'll be working, as we have only a few leads so far and none of them too promising at this point. We even considered working retail as seasonal help but that hasn't provided us with very many options either as many places have already hired all their help and those that haven't are slow about getting back to us.

So, continued prayers are appreciated. What we'd really love is to have our temp agency contact us tomorrow and say they've got another two- or three-month position lined up. :) But God knows best and so far He hasn't said anything but "Wait."
