New Haircut

As all girls occasionally do, I recently tired of my hairstyle. It was long, and it was pretty, but it was just too much work. Plus, I finally accepted the fact (albeit begrudgingly) that my long hair was making me look younger. Which in my case is not a good thing. And yes, I know I'll like looking young when I'm 60 and I can still pass for 30. But 60 is a long way away.

So, off I trotted to the salon and had my hair whacked. Here's the before shot:

Which has nothing to do with anything, of course, except that I thought it was funny and that my blog needed some 'tude.

(And that's a rhetorical question. If you don't like it, please don't tell me. I can't very well put the hair back and my self-confidence hangs by a very fragile thread. . .)
